Q1 in Review: Growth, Momentum & New Milestones
We’re excited to share the progress and momentum TheQwikFix has achieved in Q1. Despite a slowdown in real estate transactions across the country, Q1 was anything but quiet on our end. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
Our Biggest Triumph From Q1: Closed Deal Volume Up 32%
While national real estate volume cooled, TheQwikFix defied the trend. We saw a 32% increase in closed jobs—a clear sign that our model is working, our partnerships are growing, and more clients are relying on us as a critical part of their transaction strategy. It’s a big win, and we’re just getting started.
Featured Feature: Scaling QwikList, Our Pay-at-Close Solution
This quarter, we expanded access to QwikList, our innovative financial product that helps clients take on essential home repairs and improvements—without paying upfront. From painting and staging to safety fixes uncovered during inspections, QwikList helps deals close faster, easier, and with less friction. More clients than ever are taking advantage of this seamless, pay-at-close option.
Home Repair Highlights
Our contractors have been busier than ever this quarter, completing 819 repairs with the help of 41 professionals.
In the Community: New Partnerships Are Heating Up
Our land-and-expand strategy is picking up steam. New partnerships are forming—and strengthening—across all five of our priority markets, generating the kind of flywheel effect that leads to long-term impact.
We also showed up strong at InterNACHI’s February event, connecting with home inspectors and real estate professionals to share our value and expand our vendor network. Catch a glimpse from the event here.

Top Tip: Flush Your Water Heater to Boost Efficiency
Spring is a perfect time to flush your water heater. Doing this once a year removes sediment buildup, helps your unit run more efficiently, and ensures you have plenty of hot water when you need it—especially during cooler months.
